Pictures can be in almost any format, except Powerpoint, I can't open those. Any size picture will work, but larger is better as it's easier to reduce a photo then to enlarge it.

Text can be in your email, Word.doc, or Notepad.

Please give me the full name of who the text/pictures should be copywritten to.
