Mauve 1/48th P-40N

Here's two shots of my Mauve P-40N done up in 80th FG colors. Custom-blended Pactra enamel was used on the uppers and Modelmaster enamel below. Again, the decals came from Aeromaster. I used the TD resin cockpit and wheel set for this model, and corrected the prop, canopy rails, and radiator inlet. Hypo needles were used for the guns and pitot tube while monofilament line was used for the antenna. The landing gear struts are scratch-built (as they were on the P-40B, forgot to mention that).
