Title: P-40M seat color Post by: Johnb593 on September 24, 2012, 10:28:20 AM Hello all. I'm a newbie here so I'll introduce myself. I'm 65 years old and have been a avid military aviation fan and modeler for over 50 years. I recently retired so now I have ample model building time, etc.
I have a question I hope someone here can answer. When did Curtis start painting the seats in P-40's? I know the E's had unpainted seats but what about the M's? I am particularly interested in the M as I am currently build the Hasegawa 1/32 kit. As far as I can determine the N's had painted seats but I'm just nor sure about the M's. Thanks in advance for your help. I need to go check my references. |
