Tragic P-40 crash into Curtiss plant 2 - 9/11/1942

Below is a link to a tragic story about the pilotless P-40 that crashed into the Curtiss-Wright Plant at the Buffalo Airport in 1942. My mother was there working on the P-40 assembly line when the crash occurred and felt the heat on her back and later watched as the bodies of dead and injured were being carried out. Looking for anyone who witnessed the accident first hand (inside or outside the plant) or relatives of the victims or witnesses.
These workers died and suffered in service to their country and they should not be forgotten.
